We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team player in a Full Time Call Center Representative role at our Surrey Honda dealership located at 15291 Fraser Hwy, Surrey.
Surrey Honda is part of the BPL Auto Group and is the most preferred destination for all the Honda products and services in the Fraser Valley for many years and has received many awards for excellent customer service.
Your contribution to the team:
- Handling outbound and inbound phone contacts.
- Providing customers positive experiences through excellent service.
- Working in a process-driven work environment.
- Working with multiple software applications.
- Maintaining an updated customer database.
